An Interactive Visualization Engine for Digital Microfluidic Biochips
by Jannis Stoppe, Oliver Keszöcze, Maximilian Luenert, Robert Wille, and Rolf Drechsler
BioViz is a graphical interface which visualizes structures and properties of digital microfluidic
biochips (DMFBs). BioViz collects relevant data of a given DMFB design or benchmark and presents it
in a simple but intuitive fashion. By this, BioViz unveils information on characteristic structures
and properties of DMFBs that could be utilized for further optimization.
