In meiner Forschung befasse ich mich vor allem mit der Reduzierung des Leistungsverbrauchs integrierter Schaltungen, mit schichtübergreifenden Strategien zum Entwurf zuverlässiger Systeme, sowie mit Methoden zum Schaltungsentwurf basierend auf der Nanotechnologie Field-Coupled Nanocomputing (FCN).
